In Germany alone, 200,000 victims of abuse are suspected annually; the number is in the millions, across the EU. All too often, however, lack the funds for special therapies and other measures for the benefit of children affected. Trauma therapies, for example are rarely applied by health insurance companies or youth. So many traumatized children suffer the consequences of Mishandlungen and neglect for a lifetime. The Organization of the AktivVerbund Berlin takes over biker tour. The Foster parents association is calling for a major fundraising campaign and hopes as well as direct donations on proceeds from the sale of T-shirts, baseball caps, stickers, and patches. The donations and the proceeds go directly to abused children and their welfare projects.
